This is our Shipping Policy section. Here we update our customers on our shipping methods, packaging and costs. Shipping our products to anywhere in the United Kingdom for anything under 10 kg will cost £3.50 for 2 - 3 daysdelivery and £4.20 for 1 - 2 days delivery.
We are makers and transporters of food consumables, hence we take hygiene of our environment seriously. If you have question feel free to drop us a line at contact us and the customers services team will give you the ultimate answers and solutions as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
The management of Ducon Foods Ltd thank you for your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it as long as the packet is not opened. Returns must be effected on the same day of purchase, unopend for full refund.
We are safety conscious and will not accept any returns with the seals opened.
